- Do I actually own the site?
- Yes. The domain is registered in your business name, and the content is yours. If you stop the monthly plan, we hand over the files and help you move them. We don't hold anything hostage.
- What if I cancel the monthly plan?
- No penalty, no notice period. Your site stops being hosted and maintained by us, and we help you take it somewhere else. Most people stay because the monthly report shows the calls coming in.
- I already have a website, but it's old.
- That's most of the businesses we work with. Same process, same two days to a design draft. We keep anything worth keeping and rebuild the rest.
- I'm not good with computers.
- You don't need to be. You never log into anything. When something needs to change, you text us and we change it.
- I'm outside Los Angeles County. Can you still do it?
- The building part is the same wherever you are. What changes is that I like to come and see the place — it makes a better site, and it's most of why these turn out well. If you're further out, write and we'll work out whether it still makes sense.

- Two days is how long it takes to get you a real design draft — built from your photos and your Google reviews, on a structure that already works. Going live takes a little longer, and mostly it depends on how fast you get back to us. Nobody is inventing anything from scratch, which is why it isn't months.
